First, select the home to build into a brochure. Be patient while the home displays on the right hand side. If browsing with a Netscape browser, the image will load, but may be out of aspect due to limited support in the Netscape browser. For a better browsing experience, get a free copy of Internet Explorer

Next select the brochure theme. Some homes may appear better on certain brochures due to layout and colors. Experiment before making a final selection. The brochure will be created in a separate window. These brochures are photo quality, and designed for laser printing, so please be patient while the brochure opens.

Lastly select 'File-Print'. For best print results, set your browsers page setup settings to minimum margins, with no headers or footers. Also, set your browsers print setup options for 'Print background colors and images' to true.

If you'd like to email a friend, select your 'File' menu, then select 'Send-Page by email'.
